SOLD A LIE : CELLPHONE ***

Greetings, I would like to complain about the service I have received from MTN I recently or rather obtained a DataShare MTN sim contract for R499 and 40 gigs. But for the past month if not more I cannot even seem to Add a Data Share member with anyone as I am always getting the same error Failed (using +27) and error message This request is not allowed. Please contact MTN customer service. I have even escalated this request (Escalated Reference Number : ********** 70) and was told in 72 hours I will be sent and sms but even to this day not even a single form of communication from MTN. I have spoken to more than 10 different agents and no one was able to assist can they rather cancel my contract and I leave in peace.
