SOLD A DATA SIM CARD WITH FALSE INFORMATION AND ITS UNUSABLE ON MY IPHONE 11

I was sold a second Sim card in April 2022 with false information. The consultant told me I could use the Data sim card on my existing Iphone 11 as she said it had a dual sim card. It in fact does not. When I realised this I tried to cancel it and called the call centre many many times with no luck. No one ever gets back to you.

Its now well over a year later and I am still being charged for it and tried to email them with again no luck. I have tried for weeks now again to sort this out

When you dial 135 you can never speak to a live human being. I have tried so many times.
