Soft lock on my mobile for NO REASON

There is a soft lock on my phone for about 2 weeks now. I cannot make any phone calls but can receive phone calls. The people at MTN say they cannot help me because the system says there is no lock on my phone. If I call any number they just say "Service has been suspended, please contact your service provider"
