Socking Sim swap but no phone.
Hi,

Shocking service from MTN! I had a Cell C sim and decided to change cellphone providers. I got a contract with MTN for a Samsung 6 phone with minutes. I filled the MTN form for sim swap because i wanted to keep the same number. Saturday morning my old phone with the cell c sim is not working. MTN deactivates my account yet i dont have the Samsung S6 phone. I am forced to obtain a MTN sim for me to use the phone on the weekend. I paid for this at my cost..MTN was also on strike at the time. I subsequently received the Samsung 6..... but i have not received my refund for the purchased SIM of R140. It doesnt make sense for MTN to port my number yet i dont have the new phone. I have phoned the call centre and sent emails with no forthcoming response. Just reference numbers..Shocking.
