So very Pathetic service provided

This is the worst experience i ever had with MTN Retension Department.

I was assisted by Zandile for an upgrade till now she has not called me as promised. There no service delivery.

when i phoned in today, i was told b another agent that my account is cancelled for what due reason I just dont know.

This is poor service and disgusting manner of treating customers like that
