Very disappointed in MTN.

I took a contract out on 05/10/2024 directly on the website. The contract included a phone, watch and ear phones. The phone was delivered however the watch and ear phones have still not been delivered. I am still trying to find out what happened to the watch and earphones. In one day alone, I spoke to 15 different people. Each time I call, I get put through to different departments. No one at MTN can tell me what happened. I have escalated the issue with MTN and was told that I need to claim the items on the Huawei App. I tried doing that but there is no where to 'claim' the items, only to buy them. I have since spoken to 3 different people on Facebook regarding this and I am still waiting for some sort of solution from MTN.

I took this specific contract because of the watch and earphones. I am a first time MTN customer. This is so disappointing and in my opinion unacceptable. I will not be taking out any other contracts with MTN. And I will not refer MTN to anyone. Should have stayed with my previous provider.
