So this is my MTN story....

<p>So this is my MTN story.... Last year November I took out 2 Data contracts with MTN for the sole purpose of using it for remote monitoring. For doing this, I needed unrestricted NAT access, or as MTN calls it MTNVPN. I have now spoken to at least 6 different people "promising" me that they will sort it out. Basically EVERYTIME blaming the previous person for not doing their job, it is started to become a joke in my business as we put MTN on speakerphone to see if they actually do the "blame game" again. Well, yesterday I phone again, and again they say the previous person did not do their job.... classic!!! Seems like nobody does their job at MTN!!! So I spoke to Nteba yesterday, ref nr RE2Q ********** . She promised to phone me back within 2 hours as I told her evryone makes empty promises, and guess what.... she never did!!! Useless!!! So now I decided that I will put this message up on any and every social media, Hello Peter, print it, and show the world......until my stuff is fixed that I have been paying for 8months now for nothing!!!</p>
