So quick to get you to pay but no delivery

Two weeks ago I bought the mtn home fibre router and was told it will be delivered in 1 to 3 days, lo and behold nothing came up till now. I sent emails and called the customer service, after wasting my airtime I was told they couldn't find my id number. I literally have a proof of payment from mtn SP payments and that's not enough, i thought RAIN was worse but after this experience that would be an understatement .So quick to get you to pay but no delivery. It's disappointing do better guys !!!!!
