The most pathetic service provider one has to deal with the first contract expires you ask for an upgrade accept whatever terms and conditions then no one gets back to you and still debit you then you get a call that they don't have stock after waiting a full month with no response well you know what i don't want your contract any more il go to a different provider 4 months later I'm now listed with ITC for what again? MTN ref ***. 35 minute on a call they are not able to pick up the person i spoke to the request for upgrade or cancellation i ask to speak to a team leader im told to call back MTN your services are beyond pathetic i paid your contract in full asked to upgrade because i can afford it you made me wait a month with no feedback then told there's no stock now i changed providers im told im listed ??/ you will fix your mess, train your staff and get rid of whatever system you using cause it doesn't seem to work for *****.
