So I've been using this network for over 10 years

So I've been using this network for over 10 years. Some time last week on the 4th January 2024, a sim swop was done on my number without my consent or knowledge. I was not even aware until later when I checked my phone. Went to MTN the next day and requested for a sim swop report, only to find the the sim swop was done without any verifications, no security questions were asked, also, the report does not even show the location of where it was done. This led to my accounts being de*****ed. MTN being a leverage to the malicious conduct. I am very disappointed that we qs clients are not safe with MTN, the security controls are weak and it clearly shows that it had to do with internal staff members who colludes with syndicates outside.
