So I had orderd and paid for a fibre product from MTN via Supersonic in January, till today I haven't got my product and When I call them they say they have to refund me because vuma says the is no coverage at Windmill park for the chosen product till today i haven't received my refund and i had send my proof of payment, Bank account confirmation etc as per their request
