So dissatisfied with the level of service received

I’m personally disgusted and disappointed in the level of service received from Mtn since May I have been having a query till date I have not received any outcome I’ve paid my account for the past two years for me to be treated like this ... is this honestly the way url treat loyal customers .... absolutely disgusted In the level of service received from consultants to mangers
