So Dissapointed!!!!

I wanted to get a Contract Phone. After having to go back to the MTN shop 3 times we finally got some help on Sunday morning. After i already filled in all the paper work, the lady tells me that i do not have any credit on my name therefor i cannot open a contract on my name(so if clothing shops dont allow accounts to be opened without credit and i cannot open a cellphone contract how am i supposed to get credit on my name?) My mother had to put the contract on her name. They asked me if i wanted the same number and if so they needed the Sim card number - which i don't have because my Sim was cut into a micro Sim.The lady asked me to phone customer care where i was put on hold and waited for 15 minutes on the phone to have the customer care lady tell me that she cannot give me the Simcard number-I gave the phone to the lady at the shop.After the phone call i asked what is to be done now and the lady went \ahm ahm". After everything (we thought was finalized) she said i can only pick the phone up in 24h. we waited 36h.Eventually i got the phone only to find out the contract and Sim-swap was not finalized and that i have to wait another 24h to be activate - we have been waiting 36 h!"""
