SO DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So disgusted by MTN! I have a contract with MTN and they have not debited my account for over 6 months I called in so many times with no help at all, I spoke to Nomthanzo earlier who said they will come back to me, and they have not, My credit score dropped dismally because they are not debiting and I have to go to the store on a monthly basis to pay cash which is time consuming, I regret taking a contract because it is such a mediocre company that does not take their customers serious including their so called MTN Champions.
