So disappointed terribly

I am so disappointed with this MTN service my contract ended recently and I spoke to a several people almost like the whole call centre and they all said same thing but now that my contract has ended I am being told that my account is on arrears but yet I made a payment I was told that October it will be my last pay and that's when I can cancel my services now I owe for a month I don't know whereas I was told October will be my last month to pay.. Ya MTN the bozza network I doubt they are bozza mtn contract has made my life miserable I have been with mtn for long and this is the treatment I get it's not like I can't pay but so disappointed wish I could curse MTN 😞
