So disappointed!

I have an upgrade due on the 17th April 2021. However upon investigating I now found if I use the early upgrade time, I would have to pay in an excessive amount. The lady at MTN told me to avoid this, I now need to wait until mid August. This used to never be like this and I have been an MTN client for over 10 Years. Imagine I upgraded and all of a sudden a debit order ran for the "payout" amount I would need to pay in. I find this new way of doing things very poor and I might just let the contract run its course and switch over to Vodacom instead. Seriously disappointed.
