So delayed

On Monday i tried to apply for a contract online but it said i already had a contract with MTN immediately i was confused because i have no such thing anyway next day i go into the branch to enquire and the guy there tells me its just a profile not a contract,So i app**** for a contract at the MTN branch on Tuesday morning it is Thursday and i still have no feedback or anything it is frustrating because all i hear are customer complaints explain to me how in the world is MTN still in business when they treat new customers like **** id give Zero stars and im not complaining about the service coz i havent gotten any service to complain about
