So Annoyed

I'm so annoyed by MTN . I have a contract with them . Packaging was R299 . However the debit order was more than R500 . Since 2018 ..I kept on asking why and I was told that it's my credit limit. Never understood that . Until recently someone from MTN noticed that the additional R200 was insurance that I never signed for . I was told to call the insurance company and take the matter up with them . I did so . To only find I dont exist with the insurance company . They couldn't pick up my number or ID . So question is who and why is this insurance being charged to me . Eventually went to the branch and further more picked up that my mothers insurance policy is being deducted from my account ????? WHY ???? The documentation states that the account holder and debit account is my mother name . The number uses is mine ..... I'm so annoyed . This is + R200 from 2018 and no one is assisting in getting this resolved . My account is no suspending because I refuse to pay any more and until this matter is resolved .
