So am I going to be refunded?
I know the Soft lock is now in place because I had to go into a store and get it done because no one answering phone calls due to the strike.

I want to know why the soft lock wasn't working and when I am being refunded. I was told there was a soft lock so I have never checked my debit orders because I know what amount is due to be going off. It's always been the same and never changed.... because I always have a limit on my account so I know what I have spent. Not once did MTN send a message with my account balance or anything so how was I supposed to know?
