Hi
I am trying to cancel a few small data contracts that I have with MTN.
1.They cannot be closed at a branch but branches can sell anything to you. 2. You have to use the call centre but only Mon - Fri 08h00 to 16h30 3. As soon as you mention the word cancel, you get stuck in a LONG queue and get nowhere.
So really, doing everything they can to make it difficult to cancel a contract. That is seriously *****.
At the same damn time while I was on hold, a company (not MTN) phoned me to upgrade one of the contracts that I was trying to cancel. I asked them how the got my info. Um well. From MTN?
This sucks
