SNAIL SERVICE FROM MTN

It is over 7 going on Eight months now and you still have not fixed your fk up. You are messing with my credit record. Are there NO INTELLEGENT HARD WORKING people WHO CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE working at this stupid company any more. the last issue also took almost a year to fix and that was a ***** case now its your accounts dept.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can some one fix this today still.
