SMS SPAM that continues even when you opt out
I get this message everyday. "Y'ello! For R50 get 1GB Data valid for 7 days.Dial *142# & choose MyDataOffers. TCs apply. OptOut SMS'STOP' to 30246" I have sent STOP to 30246 and get the following reply "Thank you, you have been successfully removed from MTN's marketing list." Yet I continue to get the SMS message everyday ! Please fix your systems so that OPT OUT actually works. I am sired of getting your SPAM sales messages everyday ! It is getting to the point I am considering other service providers who's systems do work !

I am no longer recieving SMS's which i appreciate.
Its a pity that I need to follow such a route to address issues, where if the system operated as required, this would be automatic.
