SMS roaming can't be switched on overseas

I travelled overseas to the Netherlands, and I can't switch on my SMS roaming, which means I can't make payments, impacting employees and their livelihood. It's near impossible to switch on SMS roaming. @MTN can you please help as a matter of urgency?
