SMS not working

<p>For a couple of weeks now I cannot receive sms's (text messages). I have phoned about vife times to get this resolved but still no luck. A call was logged to esculate it further and according to them there is no problem. Well no one phoned me to ask is working or not. Still I cannot receive sms's so gues what IT IS STILL NOT WORKING!!!! I have tried another service number...nothing. I have tried a call baring number the call centre gave me...nothing. I am loosing business at the end of the day and customers cannot communicate with me. SORT IT OUT!</p>
