SMS frustrations

I am dissapointed by MTN. For days now I have been trying to retrieve my sms's but to no luck. what is more frustrating is that their 135 customer service number is not helpful. I have been calling the number to talk to their service champion as they call them but the voice prompts options does not have an option matching my query. their chat line is worse, even more useless for me. the worse thing is that they are not even communicating with their customers regarding this glitch. one cannot even send/receive a call back massage.
