Sms barring

Dear MTN I'm very disappointed with your services! i cannot send sms's on my phone. No one has been able to assist me and as a result I cant activate my banking profiles,and access my approve it messages, because MTN decided to block my number from sending sms. My life is hell because I cant use my online banking. Please sort out my query! Every time I call they say the same thing,dial the following and they dont fix the problem. #330*0000# #33*0000*16# I am getting HIGHLY IRRITATED@!!!!!
