can somebody assist my normal subscription is 299 and i was billed 1500 please advise and can i have a credit note urgently

I have a massive problem my promotional discount was not app**** on the following cell no and got massive bills please advise *** *** *** ***

please correct it immediately and pass a credit note as this is a huge problem
