Smartphone without internet

I have a Samsung Galexy Z flip 4. In June (I think the 15th) I went in to go do a esim. From there I have only had problems. I have no internet access what so ever. I have phoned, emaild, went in store at two different locations, no one seems to know what the problem is or how to fix it. Now they want ME to pay R150 to do a sim swop after it was THERE problem not mine! I also have to add that my husband also has the same phone and and Esim but he doesn't have any problem what so ever!
