Smart Watch

My mother in law renewed her contract in October at MTN Garden Route Mall. The contract was for her new phone together with a smart watch. The smart watch was not available at that time. Promises were made that the smart watch will be delivered as soon as available. Several phone calls and onsite visits later the smart watch has not been delivered. It is 3 months later and still no smart watch. The after sale service of MTN is not up to standard. The monthly fee is paid to MTN and yet MTN fails to deliver in terms of the contract?
