Slungila was so cold and rude to me. Threatened to hang up

Slungila was so rude and had a terrible attitude. Please listen to the phonecall at 06:05. She didn't listen to me and just kept repeating herself. Unsympathetic and very cold. I hope to never get her on the phone again
