I received and sms telling me to dail *686*6211# to win my share of 1000GB. Even though there was no opt out or more information that it is a subscription service in the sms, when dialing the number, it immediately states its a subscription service on the USSD return and immediately gives you an opt out. Thank you MTN, that is really a step in the right direction. If those annoying cell broadcast messages that keeps the screen on overnight could just disappear, I would give you 5 starts
