Slowest transaction EVER

Me and my dad came to upgrade my phone. Firstly the staff member helping us, knew absolutely nothing. This is okay if you are a trainee, but the more clued up staff did not even attempt to assist him and us even when they didn't have any clients to work with. We are now sent home and tood we need to wait for a call because the transaction is still processing. I've never struggled like this with an upgrade .
