Slowest service ever
<p>I submitted an insurance claim with Mtn and Mtn insurance for a broken phone, it has been two weeks now and nobody has even contacted me. No response what so ever. I called their contact number but nobody ever answers. I then sent them an email with the complaint a week ago but nobody responded to the email. I would seriously not recommend taking out MTN insurance, slow and unprofessional service to say the least. </p>
