Slow, unhelpful staff, incorrect information & ***ol business sense!

Your Fibre technical support team is useless, lazy and unhelpful. Your turnaround time for delivery of Router is disgusting... 5 working days!!!!!!! Never mind I was initially told up to 3 working days. R you insane! A company of you size & value how can you not have more efficient and faster service. Why can't the option be given to collect routers at outlet stores!!!!!!!! Oh maybe you are all to dof to think that far! Shocking!
