Slow signal - "maintenance"

Hi Guys.

I moved to Burgundy Estate, Cape Town in Feb 2021. We have a serious signal issue here. I spoke with them about it and it was maintenance.. Its August now and still bad signal. Are you guys still doing maintenance? Quick to stop your subscription when you don't pay your account quickly but really really slow to help the people that is paying you guys.

Come on guys, this is really ridiculous. Outside my house I have a 105 dBm signal with a 36 asu.

Please fix it.
