slow service to upgrade

I went to do an upgrade on Sunday the third of this month and I was helped by Pule at MTNSP centurion shop 133. he told me about new law that MTNSP must approve it first and told me to come the following day (Monday). I went back on Monday but wanted the other phone and I was told that the first approval must be cancelled first and takes 2 - 24 hours. I went back on Tuesday and nothing was done. I went on Wednesday and still nothing was done. I was then helped by Philisiwe who I think did very good job as I was very impatient. she started helping at around 13h00 and she also struggled with the system, she called customer service and they couldn't help her. she managed to put everything together at around 16h30 and told me that she will do what is left when I am gone. I tried to call customer care number (808) and it took just over 30 minutes to be answered and I was transferred and I dropped it after another 30 minutes. just imagine, one hour on a call but still could not be helped.
I am very disappointed with MTNSP service and I was not the only customer complaining at the shop. I do not expect to do an upgrade for 4 days
I have been a loyal MTN customer 4 over 15 years
Mpho
