Slow service / no communication.

It looks like MTN does not need any new customers. At the MTN shop in the Mall they told me that it will take anything between 2hrs and 24hrs to approve and activate my new contract, it's now 3 days down the line and still nothing heard from MTN. Is it still worth it to get this contract? Imagine how long it will take to fix a problem after I signed for this contract.
