Slow service
Hi I have app**** for a new contract with MTN, I have been waiting for over 4 hours and I called in as well, spoke to a lady who will call back. (all documents have been emailing to there department already(mtn direct documents).
I app**** for car finance and received answers within an hour, why is a simple telephone contract so difficult
