Slow (NO) application processing
<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday the 25th of November I walked into the V&A Waterfront's MTN shop to sign up for the black Friday deal they were running, I had all documents in had and at thhe 10min process I was informed, processing would take up 72hrs.</p> <p> </p> <p>After two weeks of call them for feedback, my paperwork is still being processes. SHOCK! I have spent money chasing updates everyday and they do not bother updating me. What will make this situation worse for me is if the decline my applications after alll the calls I have made to them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a contract withMTN before and the process did not take as long and I am buffled at this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regard,</p> <p> </p>

Thanks for getting back to me. Since your response I recieved an sms from MTN notifying me my applications has been conditionally approved and to wait for a call from a dealer. Based on my experience I wonder how long this may be? I gave the Shop a call today with no avail. It would be unfortunate if this cycles restarts.
