Slow MTN LTE Internet Speed

I am paying for a 20MB uncapped LTE internet connection. I am getting approximately 300Kbps. This is a constant problem, not just during loadshedding....CONSTANT. To add to this, I have 10 reference numbers. I have phoned various departments, sent emails, restarted the router, tried another router but MTN is not helping in resolving this problem. The last email only refers me to their FAQ....which does not help with my internet speed. I have now lodged a complaint with ICASA. I cannot, and will not, recommend anyone to take any LTE product from MTN.
