Slow migration from contract to prepaid

On the 19th October I went to an MTN SP outlet and requested that my number be migrated from contract to prepaid. They established that my contract had expired on 22nd August and that I had a credit balance on my account. I was advised that in view of the fact that my contract had expired and that I was staying with MTN I would be contacted in this respect and my number migrated within 3 to 5 days. They called the call centre on 808 from my phone and I made the request the request for migration. Reference ***.

To date I have had no response from MTN regarding my migration, the response to all queries in this respect has been that I will be contacted soon.

I have had excellent service in the past from MTN through Nashau Mobile and I am more than happy with the MTN network however this this is the first time that I have had to deal with MTN directly and am not happy with the lack of response in respect of service requests.
