Slow horrible service with same excuses!!

Not even worth one star!! I have processed a claim on my insurance from my for my cellphone on 10 June 2020. Up until this day 16 day's later I have not even get proper feedback from them. The only excuse I get is that the claim is sitting with the under writer! Does it really take more than 16 day's to approve a claim! I am very unhappy with your service! It's not like I make you guys wait to recieve my debit order every month!!! Thinking of leaving you guys for good!!
