Slow bad service

Mtns service is real real bad. Spend forever holding on a call and when someone answers they don’t even help with anything. I got the R269 data sim just to find out its not working properly and im being told stories of “sim swap”. Why must I go through all those things. Its frustrating and a waste of my time. Also not getting proper assistance is the pits, you people who work there should learn how to help people and not just try to get rid of them. Days I could have been using the sim is gone and wasted. Do I get my money back for those days? I dont think so, so sort this mess out and stop wasting time.
