Slow and poor service!!!!!

So my lady app**** for a mtn contract early this week, she received an sms saying that she has been pre approved and that she will receive a phone call from one of their call centre agents. Today is Saturday, and she is still waiting for MTN to get back to her. ****py service!!!!! If you say you are going to do something, do it!!!! How do you expect people to make use of your service if you cant keep a stupid promise?????? Right now we feel like going to a different network supplier as I have been using MTN since the beginning of time.
