slow and bad service

I called your customer support number 135 to confirm if the SIM card is registered in the correct details because I keep getting text messages and calls for people I don't know. I was told RICA department has that information and I wasn't assisted. Please let me know if we should stop using MTN? We cannot be going back and forth over a simple issue.
