Sloppy app that never delivers satisfaction

Every couple of months MTN manages to totally mess up it's app. I receive my statements and invoices and when I want to pay, I log into the most frustrating app I have ever had to deal with. It changes every couple of months and then I have to hunt for the Pay My Bill page and then hold thumbs that it actually will work! It regularly loses my card details and today, when I try enter the card details again, the app simply closes itself. I'm trying to pay my bill and I cant. If I don't manage to pay it, then I get penalized, for their sloppy app not functioning properly. Come on MTN, stop being so sloppy!
