Slindile Has provided DISGUSTING SERVICE AND IS RUDE AS HELL!!!!

So on Wednesday around 12ish my husband and I went to the MTN store at gateway and completed a contract with them, everything was fine and they advised us that it would take 2 - 24 hours to process,we received an SMS showing an application has been process and then yesterday we received the same SMS and a few minutes later it got approved. We then went back in store to fetch the phone and we asked if my number could be ported, the consultant did not explain to me or my husband that if the number is ported we would have to come in store again the next day to fetch it and she kept talking to another fellow employee. I then asked her for an update as to what is happening she said that we need to come back tomorrow for the phone and when i asked why then she said the port has to be done first. So i told her we cannot make it as we got things to do but i can come instead of my husband or if the port cannot be cancelled rather cancel the contract then she started being more rude and said she can do that if we want coz they do not force sales on to the customers. She then said she cannot do the port, and thereafter she said that she would cancel it on her system. But that wasnt the case, what she actually did was port my number to a prepaid card and threw it in the bin, now this is causing inconvenience as that is my work number that i dont have access to. This is poor service and i now have to get a new card and port my number again!!!!
