According to our records none of your comments were deleted.
MTN has not increased contract subscription prices for over a decade despite increasing operation costs, distribution costs, transport costs, handset price increases, infrastructure costs, failing exchange rates and increase in taxes. The reduction in mobile termination rates, coupled with the increased costs of network investment, has necessitated a review of pricing.
MTN is committed to offering value and will continue to introduce solutions and products that allows its customers to save costs and access the internet for longer, faster and more affordably.
All customers who signed up for the MTN Sky during the promotional period will still benefit from a relatively lower subscription as the increase is app**** ton the subscriber's lower promotional subscription.
MTN wishes to thank its customer for their patronage and the company will continue to develop solutions that will lead to the delivery of a bold new digital world.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you and look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
