Six months paying account, with no delivery in sight

I'm copying my message to SummerMobile - seen that nothing has been done from their side... hopefully I can get some response from MTN?

I would highly recommend that anybody who is dealing with SummerMobile to reconsider your options. They were extremely quick in selling me an overpriced product, but when it came to delivery, it has been 6 months, and the package is 'still with the warehouse, we are working on it'. I wanted to report the package ******, but they refuse to give me any information of the package in order for me to report it to the police. MTN is absolutely no help at all in this matter. Summer Mobile says it's with MTN, and MTN says it's with Summer Mobile - and in the meantime I have to pay the increase package price for SIX MONTHS - without EVER RECEIVING ANYTHING but bad service and a stinking attitude. If I DARE stop paying my account, my cell will be locked, so that is not an option. I tried taking out a new contract, but am unable due to this pending contract. MTN and Summer Mobile have completed ruined my faith in humanity.
