Siss on you MTN

MTN deducted funds from my account even months after canceling my contract. They admitted to me it was in error but have yet to refund me my R600 odd rand. These cellphone companies get away with this all the time. You know my bank details when you want to deduct the payment, but the second you need to pay me money you don't know where I bank? It has been over a FULL YEAR and I am Still waiting for the money that is rightfully mine. Siss MTN. You should be ashamed. I expect a call or I will be posting daily on hello Peter until my funds are returned.

Please be aware that I am also in disagreement of the amount owing. I cancelled the contract in October 2016 and was billed until March 2017. Your head office confirmed that the cancellation was only done in January by your Beacon Bay office - I should not be held accountable for their poor admin s****s. October to November is one months notice. I should receive FOUR months backpay from MTN, not TWO as you previously suggested. Your customers should not be held accountable for ***********, lazy staff...

I managed to find all supporting documents (Including my request in October 2016) to have the debit order stopped and moved over to PrePaid. The number in question is ********** - I can be contacted on ********** .

What do I have to do to get you guys to pay me my money - Do I need to go to small claims court - send you a lawyers letter? The way you guys do business- its no wonder there are major issues in Nigeria with MTN.
